The Forum 4 Service Delivery (F4SD) is a South African civic political movement founded in 2015 to tackle grassroots issues such as water, sanitation, housing, immigration laws, electoral reform, education and children going to school without shoes.
The party wants society to live in an age of excitement and possibility and to build a constitutional and rights-centred democracy, with a maturing economy coupled with it.
