SA-born boxing legend Lovemore Ndou, who moved to Australia 27 years ago, has thrown his hat into the ring, announcing he is running as an independent candidate. Ndou says he would rally behind efforts to address the country’s socioeconomic crises should he make it to the National Assembly. He says his decision to leave his “great lifestyle” in Australia and return to his home country is based on bringing change to South Africa.
