{"id":964415,"date":"2024-07-05T15:40:04","date_gmt":"2024-07-05T15:40:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/dm-simulator-v2\/?p=964415"},"modified":"2024-07-05T15:40:04","modified_gmt":"2024-07-05T15:40:04","slug":"kgosi-motsepes-coronation-postponed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elections.sabc.co.za\/elections2024\/kgosi-motsepes-coronation-postponed\/","title":{"rendered":"Kgosi Motsepe&#8217;s coronation postponed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The official coronation of Kgosi Robert Mosheledi Sakie &#8220;Sjamboko II&#8221; Motsepe, scheduled to be held in North West tomorrow, has been postponed.<\/p>\n<p>This was announced by the Royal Council of the Royal Kraal of Motsepe of Bakgatla ba Mmakau.<\/p>\n<p>The postponement is due to stricter risk compliance issues raised by authorities emanating from the higher-than-expected amount of VIP guests that were expected to attend.<\/p>\n<p>The coronation will now be held on the July 20 at Kgotlakgolo in Mmakau Village in the North West Province.<\/p>\n<p>Spokesperson for the Royal Council Fanuel Motsepe says, &#8220;The purpose of postponing the event was due to compliance regulations. VIP guests had confirmed their attendance at the event.
