Malema has described the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sabcnews.com\/sabcnews\/npo-expresses-disappointment-over-signing-of-nhi-bill-into-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">signing of the NHI Bill<\/a> into law, as an election gimmick used to garner support for the governing ANC.<\/p>\n<p>The EFF is among several organisations that have rejected the move.<\/p>\n<p>The party held its final <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sabcnews.com\/sabcnews\/eff-to-hold-final-election-rally-in-limpopo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cTshela Thupa\u201d rally<\/a> at the Peter Mokaba stadium in Polokwane, Limpopo, yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Malema says the EFF would introduce a health care system in which clinics operate for 24 hours if it were voted into power.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey are just saying you are going to go to the hospitals free of charge. They are lying. They were signing it because it was an election gimmick. They were playing with the feelings of our people.
