With over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sabcnews.com\/sabcnews\/counting-nearing-completion-in-gauteng-iec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">99% of the voting districts declared<\/a> in KwaZulu-Natal, the uMkhonto Wesizwe Party looks set to secure <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sabcnews.com\/sabcnews\/mk-party-may-surpass-projections-in-kzn-analyst\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">45% support in the province<\/a> ahead of the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) on 18% and the ANC on 17%.<\/p>\n<p>The ANC\u2019s provincial secretary, Bheki Mtolo cited service delivery challenges as another reason for the party\u2019s decline in support.<\/p>\n<p>Mtolo says they accept the will of the people.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat has affected us is some service delivery issues. But another thing which I think we must accept is that during our analysis we never got time to analyse the impact the former president will have on the ANC, because that\u2019s where the impact has happened.
